01 monte carlo LS front end knock

on acceleration I am getting a low yet very apparent humming at first I thought a tire was going flat . When I let off the gas I hear a knocking which seems to keep pace with my speed,the faster I go the less I hear it,just coasting though its louder. It doesn't sound like the recently replaced bearings when they were on the way out . Any ideas on this ? thanks
