2002 vw jetta 1.8 turbo

i did a timming belt and water pump on this car and drove it for 2 days had bad rain here and then check eng light came on with multiple code and all sort to ground but couldnt find any pinched wire and did a pin out test and no shorts suspect bad ecm has any one seen this befor
