95 Voyager door sagging

Friends 95 Voyager driver side door is sagging. I found a crack in body where the bottom door hinge bolts too. Does anyone know if there is a plate made that can be installed to help support the hinge or does it have to welded?

Any ideas

Took it to a body shop and they welded it with the door in place.
