Hey guys I need some help, the cat on my '04 2.2L Cavalier went out. I got the replacement OEM cat, but now I can't get the old one out. I have used PB Blaster, heated up the nuts with Mapp gas and still nothing. The one end is not in the most accessible location. Anyone else have any ideas or something I'm missing... Thanks

Re: Removing the Catalytic Converter...
A torch ( melt the bolts out) punch and BFH and hit them out of place. Or you can use a side grinder/ dremel.
