92 Ford Explorer Sport Cranks but wont start/ missing part due to parent
My 92 Ford Explorer Sport has been tampered with by my step father. I need help, the only thing is I only see one circuit not plugged into somthing that is clean/ recently removed on right hand side facing front, attached to plastic guard above the left wheel the color on the wire is blue. When i look at fuel gauge it goes way above full and moves slowly, everything works in car but when I try to start it, it wont turn over, I have also noticed that the light under the hood flickers as i try to start. I need help i looked in the manual and narrowed these problems because its not the starter or battery both work, spark plugs are in, alternator and fuel lines connected. I know he wouldn't damage the car so it must be a missing part. Oh and I tried reseting the fuel shut off but it's fine. Please get back to me asap. Thanks

I agree with Headnsouth. Obviously there is a reason for the part being removed.
