Unhappy O/D OFF Light Blinking
I have a 1999 Grand Marquis whose O/D OFF light flashes when driving in stop and go traffic. Turning the car off and restarting it will reset it. Any help here what the blinking O/D OFF light indicates?

I have a 1995 Gran Marquis with the same problem & I'm looking for an answer too.

probly means theres a problem in the over drive system thats what o/d stands for but what the problem is i dunno id take it to a local shop or a ford mercury dealer
