rpm and speed on dash not working

i have a 2004 cavailer the speed om and rpm gauge are not wanting to work on the speed om it will work sometimes and sometimes it dont it will stick at 50 and go up from there or stick at 20 and go up from there and the rpm is now sticking at 8000 rpms and this is problem i need to get fixed

04's had a problem with alot of thier clusters...not exactly sure why. but just get on EBay or head to a junk yard and pick up a new one
