whats the best turbo for a b16a?

i was just curious what turbo kit would be best for a b16a with exaust,cold air?

you need to give us more info like, power goals, budget, and will this car be a track car? daily driven, etc...

its going to be daily driven i was hoping to get about 280 whp with stock internals
