Unhappy

Rust

I have resently bought a 2006 Hyundai Tucson and noticed that there seems to be quit a bit a rust and mudd on the underbelly. I have had other vehicles (older) that do not look like that . What could be the culprit?

POR-15 does a good job of taking care of rust, it dries musch harder than paint.
