Re: 93 Headlight Assembly Replacement

Welcome to Automotive Forums!

First remove the parking turn signal light. Remove the upper screw that secures the light assembly to the vehicle. Remove the side retaining screw and take the light assembly off.

Then, remove the grill. Squeeze the prongs of the retainer at the top center of the grille with a pair of needle nose pliers and separate it from the body. It is just in front of the hood latch. Unlatch the grill retainers and lift the grill off. You can release the grill retainers by inserting a screw driver and unclipping the clips.

Remove the headlight bulb.

Remove the inner attatching bolts to the headlight assembly and upper bolt on top. Lift the headlight assembly out.

You'll want to aim the headlight after you get it in. There are 2 spring loaded adjusting screws both accessible from the top of the headlight. The inner adjuster controls horizontal aim and the outer adjuster controls the vertical aim.

Re: 93 Headlight Assembly Replacement

Thanks!
Good to get a quick, knowledgeable answer. I considered taking the grill off B4 I posted, but did not see how that would help. It makes sense the way you describe it. And, with the turn signal assembly out of the way I will be able to see the bolts/screws/connectors that I could not see B4.
I will let you know how it goes!

Thanks again!
