ST185 engine swap

was wondering, thinking you blokes mite know.....would it be possible to drop a 300zx V6 (VG30DE) into an ST185? i konw the engine bay's small, but its a V not a I

Why?

The 3S-GTE is a much better motor than a VG30, so why go to
all the trouble? Besides, the V6 is way too long

Also, arent the engines different drivetrains? If so that'll be a big job!

yer the VG30DE is for the RWD 300ZX....unless u get it from a nissan pathfinder, but even then thats a different type of 4x4....

so the VG30DE IS too long? meh. figured appart from the fact its heavy mite be able to get more out of it, we all know the 3S-GTE is a great engine.....wasnt sure whether or not u could pump more out of it than a VG30DE
