Stage 2 crane cam

Anyone have any dyno sheets for a D16A6 with this cam installed? Or if anyone knows how much of a gain should be expected? Also what idle speed should I set my motor at? The cams rang eis 1,500 to 8,000 does that mean I need to idle it at 1500?
