How do the factory running boards mount on a 1996 Tahoe?

I have a chance to buy a set of factory running boards:

A couple of questions:

1. From the photo above, are there any additional parts that are going to be needed to mount these boards?

2. If there are additional parts needed, what are they, the estimated costs and the best place to buy them.

Any advice and hints would be greatly appreciated.

TIA!!!
