gear ratio
why does putting in a higher gear ratio in the rearend effect fuel milage? doesnt a higher ratio make the tires turn more with each turn of the driveshaft?
wouldn't it increase milage? |

Re: gear ratio

Re: gear ratio
higher axle ratio means less drivetrain rpm at a given speed(IE tire RPM)
