Re: lost the owner's manual of my pontiac1990

eh yeah, just replied in the other thread with www.mygmlink.com
BUt not sure if you can register easily with location outside of USA....just for fun, I had started entering all my info (Canada) and a few pages later, they say ...like "outside USA click here...and restart from the beginning all again". I just closed it all in frustration...save time, enter short bits of fake data and jump a few pages just to see... or try with borrowing US city and valid zip code from someone you know.
ONly manuals from 93 to present are listed but 93 is almost similar to the '90 model

I assume you are talking about a Pontiac Transport.
I have my '93 Transport owners manual and it is almost similar in all aspects to the '90 model...somewhat tedious to copy it all..and it is in French....but if some specific pages can help, I'll scan.
ANd...a lot of technical pages from the Service MAnual here: www.avigex.ca/xport A large part is for the 3.8 but there are several pages for the 3.1 too.

ANd you can search on www.ebay.com with key words : owners manual transport
there are several available. It does not have to be strictly 90 as 90-95 were essentially the same, with 90-91 using only the 3.1 and 3speed 3T40 transmission, while 92-95 also used the 3.8 and 4speed 4T60

Another good place to search for a hard copy original owners manual is your local salvage yard(s). Many yards take them out of vehicles before being scrapped and have them for sale on their sales floor. It doesn't hurt to ask if you don't see any , they might have them laying around. I've seen some for various vehicles in the yards near my location go for a few dollars each.
