Lights replacement on 99 Intrigue

Hello all,

I just recently bought a 1999 oldsmobile intrigue and have run into a few problems. One of which is that I can't figure out how to replace head lights, turn signal lights, etc.

I would look at the owners manual if I had one.

Thanks

Pop the hood, remove the two white clips holding the headlamp assemblies in place. Pull the assembly straight out, then remove the wiring harness from the back.

The headlight/ turn signal, etc bulbs are located underneath their respective black rubber covers, and youll have to probably twist and pull to get them out.

Re: Lights replacement on 99 Intrigue

Its not dead obvious at first, but once you do it you really appreciate how easy it is to replace the bulbs on an intrigue. 2 clips and the light falls forward. (the white plastic clips slide straight up and then come off allowing the headlight assembly to move freely) Some of the cars I have worked on have left my knuckles shreaded and bruised trying to do something simpe like change a light bulb. One of those cars being a camaro (small sealed beam headlights) YIKES!, NEVER voulenteer yourself to change a headlight if its in a camaro, geo storm, oldsmobile cutlass supreme or any other GM with those mini sealed beam lights.
