help me with 92' buick regal?

Ok i have a mutiple of problems to with my buick and i was wondering if any onf you could help me figure out whats wrong with it
problems:
1.failed emissons(co was at 154 part instead of 20)
2. will randomly chug (while im driving) and then die happens randomly never regularly.
3.anytips on removing the plugs?
Now i have put a mutiple of things into the car that i thought would help the emissions....
fixes:
1.i put a new air filter into it
2. i have bought new plugs and am putting those in
3. bought fuel injestor cleaner into the tank and am driving it run through the system...

anyone else have any quci k fixes that might help in this matter?

ok spelling errors its buick not bucik lol and finally quick not quci k lol sorry about that guys oh and got the plugs in =D

It sounds like a tune-up is in order. Use quality parts, and change the plugs, wires, PCV valve and fuel filter. If that doesn't fix it, then you may need a catalytic converter. Do you have a "Check engine" light on, and if so, what codes are stored?

no there isnt any check engine lights on or service any thing like that... well then I was driving tonight and my low coolant light came on... so i stopped and checked it out and I had a full resivor so i continued to drive.... but then towards the end of my night the car started billowing steam and burnt antifreeze so bad you couldnt see throught it.... but i will go get it tuned up but any ideas on why it would just randomly start smoking? also with the dieing problem it still randomly does it but after a while of driving it settles out but then acts up again....
