That would be perfect on FWD cars. Gives enough weight in the front to provide traction, but enough power to compensate for the weight.

I can see the ad for this thing now:

I'm guessing it came off a locomotive or some very large machine. There's actually a business I pass on the train and they have something very similar, just more square sitting behind the business.
