CD player in Envoy is stuck

So I have a GMC Envoy, not sure of the year but its pretty new, maybe 05 or 06, and the CD player doesn't work, there's a cd stuck in there and when I push the ejecto button it just clicks for a long time, but never ejects.

I'd love to fix this, any ideas? Thanks!

very common complait, take it to dealer, the radio needs to be reprogramed with updated calibration.
This will fix problem.
