Re: need more tourque i need your help!!!!!!
The factory cam grinds are designed for maximum torque @ lower rpm. A cam with more duration/lift will move that torque curve into a higher rpm range and then your motor will be limited by how much air it can get through the T/B and how much it can expel through the exhaust. A bigger cam (duration/lift) without a lower final drive ratio, is not a performance mod! Remember; “Bigger is not better” when it comes to cams on unmodified engines!

Re: need more tourque i need your help!!!!!!
If you retain the shorter duration and increase the lift, or better yet, increase the lift and slightly increase exhaust duration, you should see improved torque if the heads will support the flow.
You could also advance the cam timing a few degrees to move the torque band lower. If you can't find a timing set to do that, you can use pin bushings to adjust the valve timing (like Mr. Gasket #85). You'd need an indicator, degree wheel, and a drill.
