Shift Light

I am trying to teach my wife to drive a stick, on my old Dakota. It doesn't have a tachometer, so I need to show her when to shift. Telling to shift at certain speeds has not worked.

I know it is on the dash behind the gas guage. Anyone have experience in changing this little bulb? I don't need it, it's only use is for training the wife.

I even tried to tell her to listen to the engine, but that isn't working.
