Unhappy 98 jimmy 53k squeal/chirp

I have a 98 jimmy with 53k.A chirp/squeal sarted a few weeks ago.I replaced the tensioner arm and belt( both OEM ).Squeal gone for one day then...it was back, but louder. I noticed a coolant smell and a spot under the truck after a week of sitting.I replaced the water pump. It was quiet for ten minutes, then got louder than before. I decided to replace the top idler pulley , it was cheap, so why not.Still no change in the squeal/chirp. It is constant and follows the rpm's.There is no change if using A/C. I still have good voltage, so I don't think it is the Alt. I used a stethascope to listen around and I can't find a thing.

You might remove the belt and start the motor to be sure it's something up front.
Whilethe belt is off, slowly turn the alternator pulley to hear if the bearings and brushes are ok.
