How do you open the release valve on the bottom of radiator? Its a 1999 SL2.

I believe its a white twist lock type valve on the bottom passengers side of the radiator. use a set of plyers to twist it if you cant do it by hand. you might need to take the bottom shielf off first to get access, tho it can be done with out that step
