1997 noise in engine

Hey guys, i've noticed that when my car is idleing around 1000 rpm's there is this clanking in the engine it's not very loud but it's there. if i give it some gas to liek 1500 it goes away.

any ideas

Maybe some loose wire connectors. Loose panels maybe?

also when i turn left the left tire makes a clicking noise like something is catching or hitting. i had the bearing replaced about 6 months ago could that be the problem?

That makes it sound like a cv joint. Did you replace the bearings yourself?

I don't know what to tell you. If you say it started after they replaced your bearing then it sounds like you have loose bearing caps.

Yeah, sorry i can't give ya more information. I need to get Safty and Emiss done so hopefully it passes and i'll look into the other things.

Yeah, good luck with that. I would think you would pass, its not something that is like defective safety devices. But then again, we don't have those requirements down here in FL.
