2000 VW Beetle 1.8 Turbo

My brother bought a one with 126000 miles/5 speed manual gas and I want to know if this is a good car and if there are any problems that we should be aware of? It had a clean car fax only 2 owners and seems to be a pretty good car from what we have drive it. Thanks in advance for any info on it.

Re: 2000 VW Beetle 1.8 Turbo

replace the timing belt, tensioner, roller, water pump, and cam seals if it already has not been done.

Also there are lots of issues with the breather lines under the intake manifold, if theres oil residue or smell fork out the 450.00 for new breather lines.
