anyone know if this radio will fit in a 96 sts?

ok...kind of a tough question..i know. but here goes. im upgrading my stock cassete unit in my 96 sts, i found this bose cd/tape setup on ebay part #09374516. i currently have the stock tape player with the head unit in front (of course) with the power in the trunk with the bose speakers. does anyone know if this unit will fit my car

It should physically fit, but it probably won't work with your stock amp/electronics.
