Re: official Post Your Favorite SBXLII Commercial Thread

I still like the Cat Herder commercial from a few years back...and the Rex the Movie Dog Budweiser commercial from the Titans-Rams Super Bowl. The E-Trade money out the Wuzzu commercial from the same year as the car herder one was pretty good.

I have them on DVD, LOL...but that doesn't help us here. If I can find them online, I'll link them.

I think my Favorite Super Bowl 42 commercial was the Budweiser one where the guy sneeks all the beer into the house in this HUGE cheese block. I liked the Audi R8 ad, only cuz the car kicks butt...so I liked looking at it, LOL. There were a few other funny commercials too. My all time favs are still the first ones I posted.

The one where the guy almost runs over Richard Simmons.

The other one where the mouse jumps out of the wall and starts punching the guy for doritos.

Re: official Post Your Favorite SBXLII Commercial Thread

I created this thread cause I missed all the half time commercials so I need a guide at which ones to watch. They're all available on YouTube or MySpace

Do my bidding puppets

Seriously though, of the ones I saw I liked

The Tide one was hilarious but the Sobe commercial was weak.

No, the best one which I saw again today, was the What is Love Pepsi commercial with Chris Kattan at the end.

None. I didn't get to watch ALL of the game but I did watch a little over half of it and I did not find one that I was pleased with.

Re: official Post Your Favorite SBXLII Commercial Thread

I LOVED the R8 commercial...

The What is Love Pepsi commercial was good, too... I've forgotten most of the others I saw. I couldn't believe how totally lame a lot of them were.

Yeah, there were some pretty crappy commercials this year.

Re: official Post Your Favorite SBXLII Commercial Thread

Now that I've had a chance to review the whole lot of them, I agree they were overall subpar. R8 was of course badass and the What Is Love was great too (Busta Rhymes LOL)

Re: official Post Your Favorite SBXLII Commercial Thread

Yeah, I just rewatched the ones that didn't totally suck (like that weird ass panda one... in fact, all the sales lead commercials totally sucked the hard one) and I can't believe how lame some of them were. The cars.com commercials were awful, too. The breathing fire commercial for Budweiser was pretty amusing, as was watching the shit get beat out of Justin Timberlake... even if the point of the commercial was stupid.
