radio wont shut off when car shuts off and door opens

my radio wont shut off when you shut the car off any more...you have to actually shut off the radio and the clock lite remains on when you get out and leave the car.. also you can put the windows up and down without the key in the ignition.... any thoughts

It sounds like the Retained Accessory Power Relay. Its under the back seat.

i will have to keep that in mind for next time...it came out of er after that clock killed the battery and after it was recharged it wasnt doing it any more....thanks for the good tip, news
