Timing Monte Carlo 3.4 Z34

Hi there

Actually I am wondering if anybody knows how to exactly do the timing set up on 3.4 L Monte Carlo 96, I have done everything by the book, she starts but it sounds horrible. I might have done something different that I cannot see, if anyone knows how to do it, step by step instructions, it will be greatly appreciated, thanks.
