Angry 02 explorer passenger window problem

I rolled my window down last week and it stuck for a second before rolling down. Then I tried to roll it up and it isn't moving. I can hear the motor and everything moving and sounds like it is scatching the window but the window is stationary, all the way down. I have the door panel off and have found a cable with a piece of white plastic on the end that looks to be broke off. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

That piece you describe is the window regulator. The only cure there is replacement. Be careful not to break window when installing new regulator. Part is available aftermarket(Autozone) for between 40 and 60 dollars I think. They may be able to print out the instructions for you from their database.
