Re: Alfa Romeo Spider

I like how you converted it to a convertible. Tamiya should have done that in the first place. Nice work.

Re: Alfa Romeo Spider

Really nice build, somenice touchs with the pictures. They almost look like they are being taken for the market material for the car. Only thing I would say in theory the whole idea of scrambling the license plate is good but I think it ruins the pics a little!

It's a Tamiya kit (Alfa GTV 1/24) conversion.
Below is my building diary. But, I seldom write any model building diary so I always found that "oh I forget to take the WIP photo for the previous step"!!

I'm sorry for not showing too much photos and you may found some (actually a lot! LOL) steps were missing.

Re: Alfa Romeo Spider

Why blur out the plate, got a 1:1? Nice touch, did it win any awards at the show?

Re: Alfa Romeo Spider

That is brilliant!! The new rear bodywork is impressive enough , but then there's the engine conversion too

Re: Alfa Romeo Spider

The first two photos are awesome and definately my favourite. I like what you've done with the body, even though I'm not a fan of this car. My only gripe is that the focus is ever so slightly off in the other photos which is why to me, they still look like a model. The interior looks great too.
