no defrost

my 1996 achevia has no defrost.the engine is a 16V QUAD 4 DOHC. 2.4 liters.anybody have an idea what is wrong?

probly the blend door is malfunctioning.

do you have heat to the other vents ?
are you able to select the other vents ?

the panel vents blow heat no matter where if the switch is on defrost;defog;panel;floor.etc.
