[1994 Toyota Celica GT] how do i get the best performance without turbo or super?
i'm looking for some relitively inexpensive ways to up my horsepower, mpg, and top speed. to my knowledge i can mess with my ECU, Headers, Cold Air Intake, Downpipe, Exhaust System...is there anything else i'm not thinking of?
Any advice, questions, or comments about performance or anything else please feel free to email me.
