2003 montana heated seat problem

Hello all,

I'm picking up a 2003 Montana Luxury on Monday. It has heated leather seats but the driver's side heating element does not heat up. Are there replacement heating elements available in the aftermarket or is this a dealership item? Are they hard to replace? Any advice appreciated.

Yes you can get a replacement heating element. I just did one on a 2001 Bonneville. You don't remove the old element you just snip the wires going to it and put the new one on top of the old one (after you remove the seat cover of course). The new one has new wires....The new ones also have a sticky back so they stay in place.
