Head Unit Problems

I've had the Pioneer DEH-P960MP for the past year or so and it's worked flawlessly until recently. The unit no longer seems to respond. The faceplate is stuck in the down position and it doesn't respond to any of the buttons. It acts like it has no power except that when I turn my car off it still beeps, but that's the only power indication. Anyone have any clue as to what the problem could be?

Re: Head Unit Problems

you might have blown the fuse to 12V switched. It might also need to be reset.

Re: Head Unit Problems

If it needs to just be reset how would I go about doing that?

Re: Head Unit Problems

there should be a small inset push button behind the flip down face somewhere. Push in on it while the unit is "turned on" even if you can't see anything on.
