ID the tweet
It's not the serpentine or ac belt (just replaced both). What else could possibly be making this whistling noise? It's SO ANNOYING (and embarrassing) and loud and I hate it!

I'm going to go with the power steering pump. Have you tried getting a hold of a stethoscope, or something similar of that nature? Maybe even a long cardboard tube (like for wrapping paper) would help you pin point the noise.
