I just got phantom headlight covers but they are white. I want to make them black. Any Ideas?

Well I have never seen them before or heard of them. If they are white then its going to be that way. Were you planning on using them through the day? If so I got and Idea...

Phantom headlight covers look just like regular covers except there are two clear circles int the middle of the cover for the light to go through.
I'm gonna have the covers on all the time.I wish i could scan a pic. so you would know what i'm talking about.

i also have a sunfire and i had a set of headlight covers (not phantom though) and i tried using them at night but i couldn't see well enough to leave them on at night so i had to take them off when it got dark... but during the day it looked dumb cuz the daytime running lights shined through the covers... i used black spray paint to cover them, and put small pieces of electrical tape on the backs of them where the little pegs on the headlights touched the headlight cover.... this is the only way i could think of to make them black and non see thru... hope this helps, but it probably doesn't... lol

if you do try my idea, be sure to be careful not to leave drips on them, im not real sure how to prevent that, i only painted the back of mine so it didn't really matter to me if i had run marks....

another idea i just thought of, what if you bought some real dark window tint? do you think that would stick well enough? just an idea...
let me know how it works out for ya!
