Help!! deciding on a del sol

Im looking to buy a del sol. There are two on craigslist in my area.
The first one is....

1997 Honda Del Sol (last year they were made)
1.6L
124,000 miles (mostly highway)
35+ MPG consistently (Just recently I got 41 MPG)
5 speed manual transmission.
Runs great!
Clutch is good.
Black
16" Konig rims with brand new front tires.
Front tires are Hankook Ventus 225/45R16 (Rims have a little wear and tear on them, I believe from a untrained person mounting the tires. It looks like slight curb rash, but I don't believe it is)
13" steel winter wheels (tires have a lot of tread left)
New strut bars.
New smoked taillights.
New Indiglow gauges (Original cluster, just the gauge faces)(I also have another set of gauges, but don't know what they look light when they are lit up)
New Muffler.
New Slave cylinder.
Timing belt replaced at 120,000 miles. (I checked the water pump while the cover was off, and it was perfectly dry and looked great)
Pioneer CD player (have the stock radio with the 5 disc changer, just no tray for the changer)
New Alpine speakers in the front.
Fresh Alignment.
Factory rust proofing on frame, still in great condition.
No leaks.
Runs great! Must sell! Please Make offer!
Great MPG, which is nice with the price of gas these days.
$5,200/ make offer...
Any reasonable offer considered.

I think he'll go 5,000 on this one.

The second im looking at getting...

95 del sol FULL GSR SWAP!!! 1.8l dohc vtec b18c1 w integra type r pistons. only 35k on the motor!! oem type r clutch!!cold air intake , catback exhaust, one piece headlights, altezza tailights, coilovers , 17 inch rims with new tires plus more . power steering and air conditioning.
car is very clean in and out . NO RUST!! clean body and interior . NO rips, stains, or leaks anywhere. $5,900

He said he would go 5,400

Please let me know which one i should buy asap, im looking to pick up either or this coming monday. Both are reallly clean.

definitely the 95. You get aux lights and in my oppionion the best year for the sol.

Also sounds like the 97 is a S or Si model by the sounds of the milage.

Re: Help!! deciding on a del sol

Kelly blue book web site can give you an idea. I have a 97 Del Sol with only 33,000 miles been garaged kept since new. Never driven in foul weather, ever. This car is in show room condition and is appraised at $7,000.
