Looks good from what I can see, try to paint the seats in a flat colour next time though .

Very nice looking clean build on the Lancer
Seats compliment the exterior color very well, did you build it straight out the box?
Great job!!

Brian, I believe that is the street car

Wow, that's one cool looking car! That black background really makes the smooth red paintjob stand out. The only thing i think would make it even better would be a little attention to the panel lines. Other than that, it's one good looking machine. Just one question, when can I take it for a drive down the street?

Yes Brian, that is very good, but now look at your photo and then look at the model, you will see they are different.
The Makinnen version has a different bumper to the regular EvoVI.
In addition, the kit looks to be the Tamiya EvoVI which is just the regular car.

So isit finished or 95% finished?

I like what I see sofar, it has potential. But leaves an unfinished model impression. You need to add black around the windows and on the windows themselves (from what I can see on the pic, they are not there), and the panel lines.

And you might still save the seats if you cover them with flat clearcoat. What paint did you use for them?

Otherwise - impressive.

Looking good mate
That colour is very nice on it !!

*Just a couple of things though...it really needs to have some panel lines to give it a better look and make the lines of the kit stand out more.

*The rear tail lights........looks like you have just used orange paint?
Try the Tamiya clear red and orange for a more real look.

Hows the other kits coming along??
