anti theft on 99 problem!!

i have a 99 grand cherokee 4.7l and i have a trouble with my bcm hapenning once in a while, it makes all my dash light to stay lighten,and my cluster dosnt work, and the truck starts for a secon or 2 and shut down because my anti theft do not reconise my key (well thats what i think) and after hours....everything get back to normal, like if my bcm do a kind of reset, is there a way to by-pass the original anti-theft, that way i want be stock everywhere when the trouble happen, and did it ever happen to someone else?? thanks in advance,

forgot to say, when the trouble happen, i have no elec. windows or elec. lock working nether.

Im having the same issue with my 1993 JGC, i dont have the keyless remote. Never came with it, when I baught my Jeep. I am also looking for a by pass my self. Get back to me if you have any newer clarifications to this issue.

they said to me at the dealler there was no way to by-pass it on a 99, but changed my BCM and everything ok now, hope its for good!
