Wheel Alignment Problem!

2001 GA GT

Ok, so last year I was commuting on the freeway alot and waited too long to rotate my tires. When I did, at speed I got bad vibration and the car pulled to the right. When I switched them back a couple days later the problem was gone but I had started to wear the tires wrong and eventually it started to pull to the right again. The passenger side front tire was wearing bald on the outside edge from the counter steer

Now, I just got four new tires and took it to the dealer to have a complete four wheel alignmnent. I received the figures for the adjustments and only one tire the rear passenger was out much.

Now it is still pulling to the right at speeds above 40 mph and I am getting vibration above 70 mph. Could one of the tires be balanced inproperly?

Initially I took it back to the dealer and the alignment tech said they think that one of the tires may be bad or have a "radial pull"

The tires are BF Goodrich G Force Sport. Any help? If all the tires are aligned, I don't get it! Could a brake caliper be sticking? A bad strut?

Usualy outside wear is from wrong tire inflation or the alignment, ecessive toe-in or to much(+) camber.
Or you have a suspension arm bent or twisted.

On the pulling , could be a caliper dragging, or even a broken or weak spring.
I'd suspectt the caliper though. Might even cause you tire to wear funny.

Check that the slide pins are actualy sliding and not froze/stuck, and make sure the pads are on right, wear indicator goes on the inside of the rotor.
