'94 cavalier door panel help

I purchased a 1994 Cavalier with aftermarket keyless entry. But it doesnt unlock the driverside door all the way so I have to use the key. I tried to got the window crank and all that off. But the panel seems to be bolted right below the window jam. I cant get to the bolt because the door handle and lock panel is in the way. How do i either take the door handle thing off or get around it to get the bolt off?

Mine do the same thing... I've been told it's the electronic actuator just isn't strong enough any more. A few friends had this problem with their cavaliers and they got new ones and they work now.
