bulb plug melting
Like it says, I've replaced two plugs in the last three weeks. They look burnt like they were heated with a torch. It's an 02'.

Re: bulb plug melting
First one was oem, then an aftermarket replacment, both did the same thing. They burn up and I lose the use of the headlight. Before this happened I was replacing bulbs at an alarming rate.

Re: bulb plug melting
Check the ground side of the bulb sockets, this is a fairly common problem with AM bulbs, NAPA makes a heavy duty repair connector, this must be soldered into the oe harness.
