95 Disco has water in oil

[I'm Big Daddy NC]

95 Disco 3.9 A/t 106,00 miles
Changed head and intake gaskets 3 different times and still get water in the oil after engine runs for a very short time, then engine cranks but, don't start. Fuel Pump and filter and pressure OK... Heads and block check OK...
Is there something I'm not doing right or overlooking... I been doing this for about 40 years...first Land Rover...basically a Chevy... I know some vehicles have little tweeks that have to be done curtain ways...
