Bluish/White Smoke coming from my Tailpipe

I have 2001 Volvo S40 Turbo 1.9. I have alot smoke coming from the tailpipe at idle and acceluration. I've checked the rod rings and the head gasket, seems good. No oil on the ground or under the hood. No oil in the coolant. There IS oil in the turbo. Does anyone know what this could be?
