d16z6 cam

I am looking for a good cam for my d16z6. It is na and has i/h/e if you had any questions about my setup. Is the 59300 good for non turbos? Also would I have to replace anything else? Sorry new to the engine building and just want to do it right. Thanks.

Re: d16z6 cam

depending on the cam... its recommended you get Ti retainers, and the more aggressive the cam, it will require Ti retainers, dual valve springs and maybe even forged valves
