2002 Aurora 3.5v6

I am going to sell my 02 and I am curious as to what anyone thinks a good resale price would be?

It is the v6 clean interior and out a few dings and a scratch here or there, new fully rebuilt transmission,front struts ,sparkplugs.
85,000 miles.

Tires are good car gets 24mpg around town and 30mpg on highway.
Runs great just need room for the new car.

I am thinking $8800.00 area what is the general consensus on these cars for resale?
