Impul Cedric 630R

A recent Aoshima release that I brought purely because it was something a bit different from the norm in being a big sedan. To be honest the kit was a bit of a disappointment as it's obviously a re-issue of an elderly motorised kit as opposed to a new tooling although it comes with an engine insert and Recaro front seats.
The only changes from box stock are a slight lowering job and BBS rims with SAS Advan tyres - the colour is Zero Paints Le Mans Sunset.
Anyway on to the pics :

Thanks for looking
Andy

Great job once again, Andy! Does Chris continue allready SAS or did you have those tires in your own stock? How would that VG30ET compare to the Tamiya's Z31's engine (or have You ever come across any)?

Hi Micha
The windows are very thick and the plastic's not too clear in places (especially the side ones) - I did try to polish them up with The Treatment wax but that was the best I could manage.
Cheers
Andy

As far as I'm aware Chris isn't running SAS at the moment - I had a couple of tyre sets stashed away that I brought a while ago.

I can't coment on the Aoshima vs Tamiya engine as I've never built the Taniya one - the Aoshima one is fairly basic.

Thanks
Andy

Hi Andy,

thatīs what I had in my mind.

The only improvement might be replacing them with clear sheet, however, not on THIS rear window ;-))
