Z4 2.5L under powerd?

The Z4's 2.5L engine has 184hp and a 0-60 time of 7.1 sec. I have a Z3 with a 2.3L and that gives me a 0-60 time of about 6.3 sec. The 2.5L is way under powerd fo a car of that wheight. 3.0L should be standard.

The Z4 should be faster but you could always make it faster

Sorry, but theres no way a stock 2.3L Z3 does 0-60 in 6-ish seconds. Unless the American Z3 is different to our European ones. And to answer your q, no, i dont think the 2.5L Z4 is underpowered. Just shy of 200bhp is a very healthy amount of power

If you want a "faster" Z4 get the 3.0!
Jeez there's always an alternate!:finger:

i also argued a bit with lowridder cause of that.
i also donīt believe it.

here in germany we have 1.9 2.0 2.2 2.8(not any more) and 3.0 and m roadster engines.

as i can remember he told me that they have 2.3 only in the states...
maybe they have another gearbox setting... (cause of the 1/4 mile races )
