What all do I need to do fro an instal on a FMIC for my car??? any hacking??

Some kits require hacking some don't. If that's all the mods you have then there are many other places to put that money into and actually see benefits. You gotta search it dude. There are so many options out there.

and just for the record even if the kit is designed to replace directly without any need to cut the bumper support or the fans or the ac and lines etc most of the time you have to do it anyways.

Front mount install is very easy, you just have to take your time with each thing you do.
Mounting it properly and then running short route pipes are the main things to do, otherwise cutting trimming and other little stuff is not hard either.
